With nearly a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, founder Brady Fish noticed a great demand for private practice consulting services from many physicians he spoke with.

 

Often the story was, "I'd love to have my own practice, but they just don't teach you the business side of medicine in medical school"

Starting in 2015 with an orthopedic practice, Brady began to independently consult with medical practices to provide improvement and clinical streamlining services.

 

Several years later, Brady launched his first private medical practice and was able to have that clinician fully booked and profitable within 3 months of opening. 

 

In early 2019 Brady decided to found Elite Private Practice Consulting to focus his efforts on helping existing practices do what they do, but better, and help physicians and practitioners make the leap into private practice with the confidence they will find success and achieve their goals.
